Goldfish Help

Im new here, but anyways, I have two goldfish, and one of them is looking very bad. It started to look like how it is last night. I dont know whats wrong with it.

I also have a picture::

I know the images are hard to see, but the fish has white spots, and its skin is pretty much falling apart.

My mom before a day put the fish in the tank, and dropped 4-5 drops of the Anti-Algae drops. Maybe the fish swallowed one of the drops? Maybe the drop went on the fish?

Please help!!
