Just get the anti-bacteria meds. Just make sure that it says cures dropsy, bloodstreaks & pop-eyes. Usually, the meds for this is Anti-Internal Bacteria. Look for it ya. Once applied, should be just fine.

Post Clear waters

Dun worry. It's just a minor bacterial infection. Just make sure that your tank water is in good clear condition & let it develope some good water bacterias that will promote your fishes health in the long run.

ok that means yout tank will be going through the cycle again, you are going to need to do 50% water changes every day without fail, or it is very possible you could lose all your fish.
You have far too many fish in there too, your tank sounds like around 15 gallons, which means you can only keep one large goldfish or two babies, also an undergravel filter it not enough for goldfish, especially in a tank as overstocked as yours.
you need at least 70 gallons if you are desperate to keep all your fish.
do you have a master test kit to test for ammoinia, nitrites, nitrates and ph?
