Ranchu tail rot - help!!

I don't know how's her condition now...i am working in singapore and only went back 2 weeks ago to see my fish in malacca, my dad help me with the fish now...i am very worried coz based on what you guys said my fish may be in serious problem coz last time i saw the fish it has fin and tail rot., i don't want to lose the fish..you say i should treat the fish as if it has parasite infection but pls let me know how to treat parasite infection. I will probably go back malacca this weekend to see how's my fish...but not confirm yet...i will probably also sale away some of the fishes to keep my stock low based on your advise...btw last weekend i visited http://www.qianhu.com/ fish farm in singapore and lots of ranchu there...but the quality not very nice...all from thailand...i will try to take some photos of my fish to show it to you when i go back next time.

I used to use medicine that contain Malachite Green to cure fin rot. I dosed the full recommended amount at the 1st treatment, dose half everyday, change the water alternated day.
Didn't use a heater though...but i alternate the treatment with Malachite Green and salt (0.3%). I alternated the treatments every week...like 1 week malachite green 1 week salt. It took awhile to stop the rotting and then only start curing.
