quocbaoma93...
Is there any gov regulation on importing fish yourself? It is possible that i can make some arrangement for you dealing direct with japan but you must do your own negotiation with the Japanese side... Do you need translations in between? Cos japs mainly don't speak english. I need to ask my friend see if he can do you a favor.... Any requirement you have? which bloodline? Uno, oosakaranchu or kyokai? We actually have all the contacts of the kyokai bloodline, some uno, but no oosakaranchu (so, can't help on that) Mainly our friends in Hamamatsu. and my group's Ranchu master in Nagano. If you wanna source fish from these two place, we can gladly help. (As a favor only....) Are you in this hobby long? It'll be great if you can share your side (America) 's story... No offence, please correct if i'm wrong, there's no TVR or SVR or blah blah blah... there's only one... Japanese Ranchu. Cheers

Top end ranchu is for those who has too much money to waste, a beautiful ranchu is "crafted" by the hobbist himself/herself since the baby stage....
Even if you can afford those over-priced fish, it'll be a waste if you can't handle them. we are many many years behind on the skill level comparing to the japanese.... Some people may think they are very skilled but in actual fact, they aren't.... Those who read this and yet has experience learning from japanese masters should know what i'm talking about.
