fyi....saw interpet mentioned in their booklet about pop-eye. It is a form of internal bacteria infection.

Did you mean (in the first post) pop-eye (the infection) or telescopic eyes (which looks like the eyes are popping out)?
If it's the bacterial infection then it's better to stay away from the gf. If not, then maybe it's a new hybrid?
