nope, i still cant find carpet algae or green water... i think i may delay the weekly water changes to promote the green water, does this works??
I think 3 click is good enough for the time being. Try to give extra 1 cube of bloodworm. and feeding timing:
5am@Auto
7am@4cube Bloodworm
8am@auto
10am@auto
12pm@auto.

If you want to change anything, do it on your off day. so, you'll know what is going on after you made any adjustment.

Delaying the water change is one technique and still, you need some sunlight for it. Or, you can put it temporary in a smaller container and, like i mention before, place them on someplace with longer duration of sunlight. Either way will do.

Have fun! Cheers!

EzieG,

Great! Maybe you can post more pic 1-2 week time to show progress. I bet there'll be big difference.

Cheers

I've found a good bargain set: plastic tank (100 cm x 58cm x 15cm depth) for RM45.
It's actualy a multipurpose storage box made as a drawer which can slot into a shelve (rack). 1 shelve is made to carry max 3 drawers, and it come with tyre with break on all 4 legs.

The sale is for it's shelve from normal price of RM210 now selling for only RM10 (i'ts really crazzy sale). So i bougth the combination of 1 shelve + 1 drawer (plastic tank/box) for RM55 only.
I'll send photo of the setup later.

Cheers
Here are photos for the item and my setup:

Fantastic! I'm thinking to drive to KL to get one myself. It is definately a bargain! I think you are paying for the material cost only.

Suggestion, maybe you can place the drawer on the top tray to give direct sunlight. If sunlight is very strong at that location, i think it is OK as it is already. Make sure there's no cats and king fishers around huh.. heheh

Yeemiaus,
Or you can get 2 or more drawers.
You can make it a multistorey.

Definitely a top bargain!!! The top tray is part of the rack/shelve which hold all 4 legs. I use the top tray as cover from rain. Under the tank i put things to support it.

I actually don't notice this. If you can't see in from top view, i suppose it is not a problem. If that thing is very obvious... like 2 thingie stucking out in front, then it must be something wrong with the fish. Like Ryan said, shave the fella, heheh just kidding.
