hello guys, as u know i m still new 2 this hobby, so i got a question for u all :

i thought we suppose 2 off the aquarium light during night time so that the fish can get a good night sleep or mayb u guys wanna get green water as soon as possible so u on the light overnight.The question is should we on the light overnight ?

It's a BIG NO-NO to leave the lights on overnight.

Hi Lam,
Thank god, the baby ranchus are not that sensitive this morning when i hand fed them with BW. But two of the baby ranchus' tail egdes are becoming black. Anyway, they are active and finished the food as usual. Please refer to the circles in the picture below. Pls advice. Thanks and best regards.

I think they haven't complete the color change, few of my koruko had the same black edges on tail. u can refer back photos i sent before (my update on 16/8/06).
Now the black edges has gone, changed color.

Hi Ho, i can't see clearly through the pictures. But, I think they haven't complete the color change. Don't worry, let me know if got any changes.

You've got lovely collection there.
A lot of red/white color pcs, also nice tail and body shape.
I like tham so much esp the white color koruko.
Do you mind sharing your setup?

Hi Ho,
I can see a small portion of my tank covered with algae now.
I've also put into it some of the green water from the spare tank, but now after 3 days the water hasn't change to greenish yet.

I'm abit busy till end of the onth with office commitment, so less time on this forum. But i'll always try to catch up with this thread.
