Optimum feeding

Hi all,
I bought a calico ranchu at FSF last weekend, about 12cm...i want to boost the size but am concern about overfeeding...anyone know what is the ideal amount to feed to boost size in clear water? what is the percentage of food in weight (based on pellet weight) to feed based on fish body weight? and how to weight the fish? thanks alot.

the amount you feed differs for each fish..
you need to see the fish size, water temperature and type of food..
from what i know is that, if your fish is smaller its ok to feed more but with more varieties...
but if your fish is bigger, 12cm or more...feed less cause they wont take much already and they are reaching their max amount of food needed to grow...it will only overfeed...

i think mixture of fish foods is important, for me i use bloodworms, pellets and shrimps...

my ranchu is around 8cc, i feed it 2 times a day..in the morning b4 work and after work...i always feed a little at a time and put in more once he finish that..so that i can keep the water clean...
