Default Fish show

Just got some info.

for the initial information I got. Jabatan Perikanan Perak will host a goldfish competition and show for public in Kinta City Shopping Center a.k.a. Jaya Jusco Ipoh. From 18th Aug till 20th Aug. There're also games for kids to participate. I have no idea on other information yet...

BUT

I know my group has been given a good space to exhibit Japanese Ranchu. We'll be showing few of our Nisai (2 years old) and a Oya (3 years old) Ranchu. As well as previous All Japan Ranchu Show videos. Other things such as introduction and reading materials still yet to decide. Will keep you all informed.

Also, we'd like to thank the organising body and appreciate very much for giving us a chance to promote Japanese Ranchu.

I'm not sure if we are if we are the first to show the public the real Japanese Ranchu. I think it is, but can't confirm; maybe someone has done it long long time ago.

Great to hear you're enjoying those fella's company.

Anyway, when you are free, just shoot some pic to post here or e-mail me. We'll help you to monitor the development of the fish as well as pass you certain technique when the time comes.

Now is the time to boost up their body structure. So, amount of feeding is very important. Don't under feed. forget about the wen development for the time being, it will come later.

Another reason for strong feeding at this moment. If we feed well, they swim less to hunt for food, therefore the shape of tail can remain better.

For 10 fish, you can feed bloodworm up to 3 cube per time. If next round, 2 hours later, you might still find some remaining, don't worry, put another 2-3 cube inside. They'll finish it in time. Cos we are not feeding them in the afternoon. But if you still see some remaining in the evening, just use net gently scoop them up and throw away. Repeat the same thing the next day.

Best time to do water change is in the morning. Prepare everything the day before and it'll be very easy for you to do it the next morning.

Enjoy!
