I think some of us is missing something....There's a section on the trip to Ipoh and they visit the same farm that we went last time.

Here is the link:

http://www.geocities.com/GreenNgoldS...ish-frame.html ..

Below article is taken from the link:
In the far side of the farm, Ah Fatt brought us to see a pond his brother kept for his personal collections. There were a few rare coloured calico egg fish with a couple of egg shape Redcap. The pair of Redcaps caught my immediate attention. That was a pair of Redcap Egg Pheonix so rare that according to many Chinese breeders, they are almost extinct in China. Amazingly, here in the quiet and remote goldfish farm, someone is keeping them! This rare pair has stocky body, smooth back and a pair of broad and pointed caudal. Ah Chuen said he has no plan to breed the Redcap Egg Pheonix due to the lack of market demand. I encouraged him to maintain this line as it is a matter of time more hobbyists will appreciate this variety.

I paste some of the paragraf just for our reffrence and I take this opportunity to THANK YOU TO THE VERMILLION MEMBER WHO VISIT THE IPOH GOLDFISH FARM.

They actually had created a history on their visit.
YES,the Red Cap Egg Phoenix is almost extint in Malaysia. This can be said that there's onli 1 pair of this breed in Malaysia. This fish is so rare without public knowledge. This is very sad case since the breeder no longer continued the line.

I told the president of Goldfish Society Of Malaysia ,Mr Patrick Tan about the fish.He very shock when heard the news.I decided to take the breed to PJ on our upcomming Ipoh trip and continued the line .Well the Vermillion took the fast track than us.They saw the fish and encouraged the breeder to continued produced the breed .

With the advice from our dear friend Vincent(NaganoLiewKun),the breeder now hv 4 spawn from the pair.He still continued spawn the pair up todate.

History,
Ah Chuen, the owner of the Red Cap Egg Phoenix hv been down line the breed more than 10 years. He continued down line the breed for his own private collection after the whole seller refused sale this breed...'RESPECT'.

In our upcomming Ipoh trip,we might bring back the babies of this Red Cap Egg Phoenix and preserved the breed as well.

Although this breed is now not under indanger goldfish list ,there's 4 local breed now facing extinction might even lost thru hobbies.Tragicly,2 local breed goldfish already lost thru hobbies.

Daer all,
Pls,preserved them B4 they said bye-bye FOREVER!!...Happy goldfish keeping.

That new breed superb black pearlscale ranchu? limited?
I have hold on getting new fish due to space and work commitment. Will be busy until early May.
After that only can start try to build my cement floor tank. By then I'll habve plenty of space...ready for pearlscale, Ipoh special black moor ect.

Now, I have to be very patient.
