U know anykind of hormone for aquatic / aqualanscaping, not DIY but approved product which harmless for fish. DIY type I'm not so keen becoz of unknown effect or side efect to the fish.

That's true,but just to make fasten the grow of carpet. then just change water several times.IMO,several water change will rid of the hormone.
Make sure there's no fish in side the treatment tank while using hormone.

I did WC this evening. A few of them already completed color change, while some are still remain greenish black (BBR).

Here are some photos for record; Comment nad advice are welcome.

1 of them is having deform tail - see the pcs on top and nearest to the coin, tail end is kinked on 1 side.
