Life-less but eating

For past few weeks, my gf is always at the bottom of the tank, life-less. Except when feeding time, then it wakes-up n eats alot. But after that its back to sleeping at a bottom corner. He wasnt like this before.

Has anyone experienced this? Is it due to intestinal worms maybe? Pls advice.

Have already tried treatment with salt, Interpet#9, Melafix, ParaGuard, but no change.

Hes in a company of 12, only one acting like this.
Hv had him for few months now.
Change water 50% twice a week.
Water params r fine.
6'x3'x2' FGT, cannister filter, trickle tower, plant filter, aerated.

Take the fish out and put in2 a bucket.The new water must be aging ( bubble up the pipe water to removed the clorine,no anti clorine.Then check whenever the clorine is still present).

After put the fish in the bucket .observed the poo.If it's black,might not be indigestion.if white then it's indigestion.This technics can be done in an aquarium oso.Air must be supply.for the best result put the fish at least one hour.hope that help.
