Cobalt Blue:Sudden Death

My Blue Cobalt Dwarf was healthy and eating well this morning in my Comm. landscape tahk.Water is pristine.
2 hrs later, jerking2, dart here, dart there and sink to the bottom and pronunced death.
Why???
