is it safe?

i want to put 3-4 cardinal tetras in my 40 gallon tank that also houses 3 malawi zebra cichlids and 2 blood parrot cichlids, is it safe to put those little guys in the same tank or will they be gone when i blink?

as i said....try to do some reseach on the fishes water requirement 1st before you buy anything

requirment as in temp.?
i did do that and they all can stand 75-82 degrees f
they all have the PH of 7.5-8.5
is that what you mean?
what does the PH stand for anyway?

PH mean the acidic of the water....like malawi..need 7-8,cardina need6-7
