This is exactly what happened to my fry. I had 12 to start with, and now only for left. This morning I had the last two dead ones from the sick ones. My last four ones seem healthy.
What size should they be so I can release them into the big tank? I wonder what causes that tail disease? |

For my case, they are not fry but all adult guppies. 1 more is dead today leaving 3. I once got 2 fry & both of them disappeared. Of course the reason is I left them in the main tank. I think 1 more adult guppy is dying. I think I won't buy anymore guppy until the dying stops. I think this disease is not going to stop until all my guppies are died. Giving up my hope oredy. Some of these guppies were with me since I set up my tank. Really sad.

Is guppy so difficult to keep? I have successfully breed thousand over guppy and introduced them to many guppy fans. My house now have around 500 guppies left, believe or not, I start with a pair for each strain only..

Hi, true for my case. Now only 2 are left. 17 has since died. Probably my water is too acidic which is more suitable for my neons. There's also this disease which was looming in my tank. If these 2 guppies could survive for the next 2 weeks, then I probably will add some new ones to the tank.
