Hehe just bought them @ LFS and pour into the tank. How to breed them in captivity i.e your small tank? Can breed them but not in your tank though. Is either you buy them or catch them yourself. I'm into fishing as well so back then whenever there's a fishing trip I'll scoop some from the place.

Our shrimp is freshwater not the brine shrimp. The ones bred for consumption is saltwater shrimp so they can grow up to very large consumable size. The largest freshwater shrimp is our lamkong or udang galah. I think no people breeding them yet locally but there are a few farms that successfully bred this in Thailand. The largest normal freshwater shrimp size I've ever came across is the size of our inkling finger. That's quite big just nice for maggie mee hehe joking...... about the maggie mee. Some mining pool in Jinjang which was reclaim where Taman Fadason is sitting on.
