Cardinal Tetra losing red colour... Help!

Dear all

I am new in fish forum. Hope someone can help...

Recently I bought some cardinal tetra for my 4ft planted tank. They seems good in condition for 2 weeks but lately few of them losing red colour become transparent. One of them is dead now after I moved it to a small tank. Is this a dieseas or due to other reason

Water PH is 7.0, temp around 29-30 C.
