The Stan, this one Penang supplier got leh.... I saw it recently didn't think much of it. I guess it will always look better in a planted tank, but the blacks on the fish are muted, and in a dealers bare tank, the red don't show up as intensively. Leucistic fish I believe.

hmmm... is this term leucistic apply here? dictionaries say lost all pigment in skin but still have blue eyes[iris?]... prob refering to cows and other out of water animals.
the ones here still have black retina[in normal lighting]

There are forms of leucistic fish I believe... there are forms of leucistic crocs (saw on Animal Planet). We can't be for sure of these rummy nose though. What Kev mentioned is just a matter of opinion not scientifically proven in any way.

is the one in AI looks like this? I found out that it's called Lutino Neons. I only manage to find this in Han Yang, Klang but in their display tank and they are not selling them.
