Wow then I must be a borned feng shui expert. Haha the tanks are on the left hand side of the house when facing the front door. Kekeke just a mere coincidence because the garden is on the left side.

At 1st I had the same thoughts. Looking at the fish before I go to sleep. Looking at active and healthy fishes had a calming, soothing and destressing effect for me. But then when fishes not doing well, it adds more stress :P

Tanks in the bedroom is bad feng shui is common sense!

In my case it was the lack of it! i flooded the whole room 3 times! the damage is sickening. parquet warped, cd's/dvd[originals] magazines, computer peripherals shorted...divan thrown, PS shorted...

Aslo tanks should not be in the upper floors unless it has proper drainage in case of break/leak.

so feng shui is good only if it makes sense... not the now on TV BS we get. put gold frog here la this and that...ptui ptui...

Stan,

Walau your water volume exceeded the critical capacity is it?? Kekeke is that planted tank?? Or worst cichlid lake biotope.....with all the boulders :P

It must be a huge tank since can flood your room. Mine are just guppy tanks largest oni 1 footer nia.....
