My fish is dying!!!! HELP!!!!

I bought a 2 new guppies about 3 weeks ago, and she had 10 babies, 3 weeks ago, and now she's not looking well. her gills are a bit red, her tail is not up, and she had a little bit of fluf on her fins. i put some medicine in for that but she still doesnt look well. what should i do?????
