I got 2 questions to ask..

1) One of my male guppy stomach is bloated.. At first i though he is a female, but then i realize there isn't any black spot near the pelvis (is that pelvis?), and that the color of this guppy and the tail is much nicer than female. And he usually lay down on the gravel at the bottom, and swim slowly unless got something chasing him. When food is feed today, he don't swim to the surface to feed, nor move.

2) One of my male is always lying on the gravel on the floor, especially when the lights are turned off. But if something chased him or when food is feed, he would swim to the surface. and there also times where he swim at the surface slowly and not so energetic, compare to other guppies in my tank.

Well from the sounds of it, your guppies might be infected by some bacterial problem. Whenever they are not acting like usual, there's problem - diseases brewing. Can't really tell the exact problem but should be mainly bacterial. I suggest you quarantine them from your other fishes as the disease may be infectious.
