Hi,
I've over 50 cardinal. All are fine until one fine day. I saw 3 dies off without any symptoms. Then I realise some of them has white spot. So I raise the temp. I off the therm when I see no ick. However, whenever I wake up, I will see 1 die each day. They will first turn around and stay at the bottom of the tank and next morning, it will die. No other symoptom can be found? I did a half tank change. what's next? |

This is the white disease for tetra. Normally a tetra attcked by this white spot. It is hard to cure. If it died, othe tetra will eat the body and they will infected by this disease also. And then end up all yr tetra died.
So, once you saw the tetra with white spot. quarantine it in another tank. And there is a medicine to cure this disease from Sera. But i forgotten the name. May be you can goto lfs and ask for it. |
