Guppy w/ White spot

I have had much trouble with my female guppy. She had ick, but I think I got that off, but now she has a white spot, maybe 1 -2 cm long on her middle right side. I am not sure what this is, does anyone know or have any suggestions? Any would be apprecitated!!!!!!
