my new flower horn

i just got it for a day what do you think guy ,and i got a question my nitrite right now is about 0.4_0.5 , ammonia is good , ph is good too 7.8 , i try to put a medication like a cycle that make ammonia and nitrie go down every other day and if i put more it does't harm my fish right? thanks
