hi guys,
Just FYI, not really new news but brother ruslan asked what quantity of CuSO4 is safe for shrimp as plants use it as trace mineral.... found an article, http://www.ams.usda.gov/nop/National.../cprsulfte.pdf pg 13, stating <0.4 ppm. Not sure how you gonna measure that but if your trace fert like LGM[lush gro micro] has it, becareful how much you dose and how you dose because it's concentrated drops. i suggest you take out 1 liter of your aq water and dose there, then slowly pour into tank. or make a X10 diluted stock solution. CuSO4 as you may know is used to kill a wide range of pests...including snails, algae, protozoans, etc. it is also very stable and has to be removed with carbon or 100% WC.
