Sad to hear that. I have not experienced that but read before in other forums. Iodine and Calcium in food I think. Ingredient is calcium iodate.

Someone uses RO water experience (almost 0 gH) have problems too I think. Our tap water have low gH but ok. They dose Seachem Equilibrium to condition water appropriately. I don't think you use RO. If you do, you may have to do some dosing on other products (I have not seen Seachem Equilibrium in Malaysia before) Don't try this step unless necessary. I have a friend(Malaysia water) who dose this, dose that until 50% casualty.
