i just bought a couple of fresh water fiddler crabs and put them in a ten gallon tank. The people at pets mart told me to get an undergravel filter to use in the tank.

I set everything up and the water is getting really murkey for just two crabs, and the undergravel filter is causing the water to bubble up on the top, almost like soap. I put in some "start right" that cleans out the chlorine, and a little bit of aquarium salt. What can i do to get the bubbles to go away and clean up the murk?

any suggestions would be great. thanx

wash your gravel ...
again and again till the water is clear...

the bubble / soap effect might be from the "start right"
and under gravel filter suppose to make it bubble on top...
water murky due to dirt particles or its just murky...
a pic would be great....

or u can go to pets mart and complain ... but expect them to introduce you new stuff to get rid of your problem... hehe

do you understand how an under gravel filter works???
do you know the requirements to keep crabs???

ppl tend to ask u to buy everything... but, it is you who decides whether u need it or not... and if u dont know anything bout what u r getting... do a research and ask in forums...
