Tiny bubbles in tank

My tank is full of tiny bubbles. I thought it was some kind of sediment at first, but I realized it is bubbles. Any help on getting rid of these would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i think firstly u have to verify where the tiny bubble come from .
than only can consider for countermeasure,
normaly high possibility is from skimmer, u can cover it / filter it by spange,this may reduce the bubble.

another possibility is u r using sump tank, when water flow to last partition it generate the bubble,those bublle push to main tank by return pump, finaly the bubble is tiny,
