Using fans for bigger tanks

Hi,

Currently i'm using a fan to cool my 1.5 feet tank (about 8 gallons). With my fan, i manage to bring down the temperature from 30 C to 26 C. I am thinking of moving to a larger tank, either a 2 feet or 3 feet tank. I was wondering whether the use of fans can cool tanks of such size to 26 C cuz chiller seems to be a pricey alternative.

You won't be getting 26, but will definitely fall below 30...averagely is around 28. I guess it should be fine, because I am doing fine so far...

risky & not really practical...
better use chiller
