My Beautiful flowerhorn !! Plz comment

My 3'inc baby flowerhorn !!
Detail : My Tank 50 gallon ( single baby fh only ) , PH 7.6 , Temp 2.7 , got few stone , aqurium light Pink & Blue

Need More detail from flowerhorn Expert !!

1) What breed is my flowerhorn ?

2) Is it male or female ?

3) what colour will be once grow-up ?

4) Best food pellet for head & Color ? ( Can get on Penang &msia)

5) My Tank grow algae a lot & everytime my fish eat it !! Is it Ok
