please help

I have an irridescent shark that is just lying around,he doesn't even move when he gets spooked like he use to. Half the time i can't tell if he's alive until I see the gills moving. Antone know why he/she would be acting like this? Please help I don't want to lose him.

ammonia= 0
nitrite= little below 1.0
nitrate= between 5.0 and 0(slight trace)

30 gallon tank
3 platys
2 albino corys
2 mollies
1 irridescent shark

2 hair grass plants
