Default Red tail shark bit by another fish

Hello,

I hope someone can tell me what to do. I have a 55 gallon tank and have many parrot fish, one silver dollar, a few clown loaches, two bleeding hearts, four guaramis and a red tail shark. They have all lived together for almost a year now without a problem. But I noticed this evening that my red tail shark has a big gash in his side and is trying to hide in the leaves. My tank is heavily planted and I can only assume that it was the doing of one of my parrot fish but do not know why. More importantly, I don't know what to do for the little guy. I do not know if he will be all right or what I can do at this point. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

Any help would be appreciated!
