I got some fishes which I really want to identify (some Rasboras, a large mouthbrooder Betta spp, Parosphromenus etc). Books (in my collection) can't help me. I've tried sending pic. to some of the sites on the Net, but no reply. Anyone who's very good at this...send me your e-mail address. Please.

U might have some luck ID a betta fish at the IBC (International betta Congress) site (errr. I lost the bookmark). Also, u can try this....http://www.bettastarz.com/wildbettas.htm

As for the licorice gourami type fish, there are so many mis identified fish, and even more yet to be identified fish. Most commonly seen I believe is P. anjunganensis.

As for your Rasbora... well, lets see.
