u can check on www.aquariumplants.net for all kind of plants. where are they from and what kind of environment they needed to survive.

If you are in AI, just looking for those foreigner workers...they will serve you well. But not their chinese man worker...

The angel can be mixed with other small fishes. But sometime, they will attack or just trying to bite the guppy tail. If your guppy got babies.. Angel will finish them into their stomach. That's why it is not recommended to mix with other smaller fish.

If you want something like angel. Try to get Altum Angel. It is quite pricy. but it is the real angel. And named as the Queen of Aquarium of planted tank. Mostly the lfs selling crossed breed Altum angel. If you want the real one, I can give u the contact number and u can call up the guy to arrange.

You can get red nose tetra, congo fish, rainbow fish, molly...etc. Those small fishes are best for community tank.

Red lobster for the tank. i dont think it is a good idea. shrimp is good. But you need to get those shrimp for planted tank. Not the normal shrimp... coz they will dig and eatign the plants.

red lobster will eat yr angel, guppy or any fish near to them when they get hungry. They will dig out yr plants also... normally ppl keeping lobster with bigger fish like arowana or flower horn. coz lobster can clean the left over...

i will post my pic..after i bought the digital camera and take the pic.

you can try to keep Sword tail and Molly with Angel... I found they getting quite well.

why must goto AI to get the fishes? If you buy a lot, then u can goto AI. coz they are the importer and exporter for fishes. If you just buy few from them. I suggesting you goto small lfs which might cheaper...

or, if u r free at nite or weekend. u can come over to my place n check out my tanks...

if u like small fishes...you can get all kind of tetra to mix. like neon tetra (Rm0.5-rm1 each), Cardinal Tetra (rm2.2-2.5 each), Red nose tetra (RM0.5-RM1 each), Lemon Tetra (Rm0.8-1.2 each), Red tail tetra (RM0.5-rm1 each)....etc.

But dont mix with angel lar...else yr tank look a bit wierd...

if angel is priority, then u can mix them with Congo fish (Rm6-8 each), Rainbow fish (RM3-8 each) and Red Sword Tail (Rm0.5-RM0.8 each)

try to make a trip to jln pasar...u will find out a lot. Else, Sanwa in sg buluh.

I am staying in Sentul.
