Hi there,

can someone please explain what live rock is? and if i use it does it grow into a reef?

Default Live Rock Don't Grow
Hi Darren,

Live rocks dont grow but things grow on it. Things like algea, tube worms and etc. Good for anarobic bacteria to colonized in it like putting bio ring in the filter or sump.
