hello,

u can use a pump or powerhead and blow at the LR occassionally to remove the debris.

u can also siphon out the dirt when u perform your water changes.

it is ok to have so dirt.

Your tank must be new, right?

I think its diatoms, always happens to new setup rich in waste products (nitrate and phosphate) and inadequate light.

Most of the time, just be patient. Give it a stronger and thorough water circulation and lighting not below 6500K and it should go away on its own.
