Csloo, you have a great tank setup, so why leaving?

Actually I have being thinking to go into marine tanks for a while, but in penang, hardly got members. And when I go ask around, the cost its expensive. At the moment i m in planted tanks and snails.

Maybe you all can give some advice? I got 3 feet tanks. Basically what do I need? (low budget & tide). Maybe just for start, i just wan to keep some simple and easy keep fish & maybe coral. Pls advice.
